Electrical Apprrentices at the GippsTAFE Chadstone campus will now have video support for cable Jointing. There’s nothing like having an expertly performed exemplar on line that you can always refer to.

Jointing Low Voltage Cable

This year electrical apprentices at GippsTAFE’s Chadstone campus will be going online to experience many aspects of the specialist skill of cable jointing. To support this move original movies have been made of many of the cable jointing processes. This will allow apprentices to study the details of the process repeatedly rather than just witness a one off event in the workshop. The online experience also allows self testing of their knowledge of the content as they go as well as formal assessment at the conclusion of each topic.
